Dave Tilton is the Chief Executive of Parallaxx, which he founded in 2012. He has played a pivotal role in advancing traffic management and road safety through leadership and innovative solutions. With a diverse background in consultancy, design, project management, and auditing, Dave has worked on major projects across construction, roading, utilities, and event planning. His military experience instilled a strong sense of discipline and teamwork, which he applies to safety and operational efficiency. Currently pursuing a PhD, Dave is dedicated to merging practical experience with academic research to foster global advancements in infrastructure and safety.
