Where do you supply to?

We supply New Zealand wide and out to the Pacific Islands. We are based in the Wellington region, but ship nationwide daily.

Do I need to have an account to make a purchase?

No, you don’t need an account to make a purchase with us. We offer payment by either Internet Banking or Credit Card prior to dispatch. If you wish to set up a trade account, please contact accounts@vanguardgroup.co.nz

Can you advise me on my traffic and pedestrian requirements?

Yes, we work with organisations nationwide to keep your people safe and save you time and money by providing the right solutions to risk areas where potential life changing incidents could occur. Our advisors can be reached at helpdesk@vanguardgroup.co.nz

Do you offer a consultancy service?

Whilst we don't offer a consultancy service per se, we add value by working with you to achieve the intended results of any safety plans, and provide you the most practicable way to implement these plans to achieve maximum effect.

How do I get pricing?

How do I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer payment by either Internet Banking or Credit Card. If you wish to set up a Credit Account, please email accounts@vanguardgroup.co.nz

Can I open a Credit Account?

Yes, please email accounts@vanguardgroup.co.nz  Most Credit Accounts are approved and opened the same day.

How quickly can you deliver?

We get the goods to you fast. Utilising NZ Couriers and Mainfreight, we offer overnight delivery nationwide for all ex-stock product. Larger consignments on pallet freight may take an extra day. Lead time will be confirmed on custom manufacture jobs.

Do you install any of your products?

Most of our products are easily installed by a competent tradesperson. If required we can we can coordinate sub-contractors in most main centres to install the items for you.

Can I collect my order?

We normally freight everything out from our Wellington based warehouse but you're welcome to pre-order and collect if this suits you better. Please let us know at least 30mins prior to arriving to save you waiting for your order. Please note: we do not have a showroom

Privacy - Will my details be protected?

Yes, we take your privacy seriously. We will not sell, lease, or pass on your details in any shape or form, unless required to do so by NZ law.

Returns – can I return products ordered by mistake?

We believe our experienced team and our expert advice ensures that before we supply a product, it is suited to your specific situation and will assist in solving the safety challenge you face. We recommend speaking with one of our experts before purchasing to ensure you are getting the best solution to your challenge. When you receive the item, if it is no longer needed or doesn’t suit your situation you can return the goods if they have not been used and are still in saleable condition. (Re-stocking fees may apply. Custom made products cannot be returned).
