Did you know... out of a variety of possible injuries, electrical-related injuries have one of the largest associated costs? And are the second-leading reason for death after falls? So, it is no surprise that electrical safety is a hot topic to any person involved in in keeping their people safe while working onsite.

So, to help you out, we compiled a list of our top five tips for lead safety:

Here’s the top 5 tips:

Raise or cover all leads to reduce trip hazards
Regularly check leads and cables to ensure they are not damaged
Do not use nails or metal staples to fix leads in place
Do not run leads through high traffic areas such as doorways
Do not use power leads near water, oil and other liquids
