Suburban Cycleway.
Our client came to us requiring a physical buffer for a long stretch between the roadway and the cycle lane.
Vanguard put forward a solution, our Flexible Traffic Separator which was interlinked together to create 4m “pods” with 1-2 flexible panels per pod. These were a great way to create some delineation and visibility for drivers between the immediate roadway and the cycle lane. The spaces between the pods allow for flexibility for the cyclists to turn out at any time. Overall this has greatly helped improve the safety of cyclists on their route!
