Challenge:

Our client had a interesting challenge of an older workforce but a degree of complacency coming in around areas with forklifts and trucks.

Solution:

We worked with the client to observe current behaviors in order to understand the dynamics, also ensuring employee buy in. We then came up with a plan to separate workers from the risks, by implementing safety measure using our Walksafe Handrail, Forklift Barrier, and Bollards to protect assets.
Result is a safer, more productive facility and peace of mind for the site manager and his team that their hazards have been minimised.
