We are excited to announce that as of 1 April 2025, Vanguard Group Ltd have acquired Dexters NZ Ltd and DexSafe Australia!

This combination represents an exciting step forward as we continue growing and expanding, enabling us to strengthen our service and product offering to clients throughout NZ and AU.

The addition of the Dexters product offering, including their unique impact barrier range (DexSafeTM) as well as their skilled design & engineering team, allows us to bring even more innovation and value to the workplace safety solutions we provide for you.

It also spreads our geographic reach and allows us to be even faster at servicing projects across NZ and AU.
