Speed Cushion – 50mm High.
CODE:
$190 – $226 per metre (ex GST)
Our 50mm-high Speed Cushion is a heavy duty speed calming device used to slow trucks and other heavy vehicles to 10-20km/h.
Unlike Speed Humps, Speed Cushions are a low-impact speed calmer – their longer profile spreads the weight across the ground making this a durable option for industrial areas where heavy vehicles – carrying heavy loads – are crossing regularly.
Designed to simulate the effect of typical asphalt humps, Speed Cushions are also effective for slowing cars and utes in addition to trucks and larger vehicles.
To slow vehicles to less than 10km/h, check out our 75mm High Speed Cushion.

How Sizing Works
Width is the direction extending across the road (kerb to kerb), whereas length is the distance the vehicle travels over the hump (front wheel to back wheel).
Because centre modules are 500mm wide and end caps are 250mm wide, 1m lengths can be achieved i.e., if your desired width is 2m, you would use 3 x 500mm centre modules and 2 x 250mm end caps.
