Net Promoter Score (NPS)
How many of your suppliers can tell you accurately what their customer experience level is? We measure our client happiness score weekly with NPS. With one of our values being ‘make it happen’, we review feedback as it comes in and take action right away – ultimately this affects our clients bottom line as they get a fast and seamless experience which continuously improves.
The NPS score gives us real-time view of ‘how likely a customer is to recommend Vanguard to others’, a true sign of the way we have performed across all areas of the business. On a scale which stretches from -100 to +100, Vanguards score consistently sits at over +70. With an average industry score in NZ and AU of +30, and +70 being world class (ie. Amazon, google), you’re in safe hands with Vanguard.
