Pedestrian and vehicle ramps are designed to provide a safe passageway for pedestrians, wheelchair users and/or vehicles to reach the next level of footpath. These are usually a temporary solution for when a footpath has been closed for site works or a crossing hasn’t been installed yet, however some types can be fixed down for permanent use.
