D Type Moulded Rubber Dock Fender.

D Type Moulded Rubber Dock Fenders are heavy duty hard rubber dock bumpers with a non-flexible moulded rubber compound to save damage to your building and vehicles.
This ‘D’ Section Fender comes in two options:
- Light
- 900(L) x 100(H) x 100(D)mm
- 25mm wall thickness
- 15mm diameter fixing holes (3 holes per dock fender)
- Heavy
- 2000(L) x 200(H) x 200(D)mm
- 45mm wall thickness
- 20 x 60mm diameter fixing holes (4 holes per dock fender)
Mounting holes are pre-moulded.

What are the available sizes for the ‘D’ Section Fender?
The ‘D’ Section Fender is available in 900mm lengths with a 25mm wall thickness and 2m lengths with a 45mm wall thickness.

What fixings should I use for these dock fenders?
- It’s usually best for clients to source their own fixings depending on the substrate they’re fixing into
- Fixing holes for the 49-DF100’s are 15mm diameter so for fixing to concrete we can supply M12 x 100mm concrete screws with 14x32x3mm galv washers (3 fixing holes per dock fender)
- Fixing holes for the 49-DF200’s are 20mm x 60mm so for fixing to concrete we recommend M16 x 150mm concrete screws with M20x50x50x3mm square galv washers (4 fixing holes per dock fender). Client will need to source their own fixings as we don’t supply these
