Rubber Modular Roundabouts.
CODE:
Rubber roundabouts are a modular system made from recycled rubber, and offer a cost-effective and quick-to-install alternative to traditional concrete or asphalt roundabouts. This modular system eliminates the need for excavation, formwork, and curing times, therefore significantly reducing TTM costs and minimising road network disruption during construction.
1-meter long rubber modules form the roundabout’s perimeter, which can be infilled with asphalt, concrete, planting, or other materials to suit your project requirements. The adaptable design allows for constructing roundabouts with diameters ranging from 4 meters to 36 meters.
The bolt-down installation process makes these systems ideal for both permanent and temporary setups. Additionally, damaged sections can be easily uplifted and replaced with new modules, ensuring long-term usability.
Specifications:
- Black & White with cat eyes reflectors inserted on each module for better night visibility. Annulus only – no infill included. Supplied with fixings to install into asphalt.

- Fixings are M10 x 150mm coach screws with M14 nylon plugs and washers. Epoxy is also added in each hole for extra holding strength.
- Large modules are 48kg each, small modules are 38.5kg each
