Modular rubber roundabouts offer a cost-effective and quick-to-install alternative to traditional concrete or asphalt.
Made from recycled rubber, the modular design eliminates the need for excavation, formwork, and curing times, significantly reducing TTM costs and minimising road network disruption during construction.
The adaptable design allows for constructing roundabouts with diameters ranging from 4m up to 36m – simply tell us what diameter you’re after and we’ll figure out the rest!
How does it work?
- The 1-meter long rubber modules form the roundabout’s perimeter (like kerbing)
- The modules are individually bolted down to asphalt using the supplied fixings
- Once the perimeter is formed, the centre can be infilled with asphalt, concrete, planting, or other materials to suit your project requirements

- Bolt-down installation process makes this system ideal for both permanent and temporary setups
- Damaged sections can be easily uplifted and replaced with new modules, ensuring long-term usability
- Cats eye reflectors built into each module for better night visibility
- Annulus only – no infill included
- Black & White design
- Made from 100% recycled rubber
Fixings
- Supplied with fixings to install into asphalt
- Fixings are M10 x 150mm coach screws with M14 nylon plugs and washers
- Epoxy is also added in each hole for extra holding strength
