Controlco Single IBC Spill Pallet Dispenser.

Optional dispenser for 46-IBC1. A simple and very effective dispenser that simply clips onto the front of the spillpallet. It keeps dispensing spills contained while larger spills simple overflow back into the spillpallet sump.
