Tegel Foods, an Auckland food manufacturer was requiring increased traffic safety and pedestrian safety at their Henderson processing site.

Challenge:

Speeding traffic, pedestrians walking around on an unsafe site, unmarked access ways and property damage occurring.

Solution:

Vanguard provided Walkway Barriers, Safety Gates, Speed Cushions to slow trucks and large vehicles at strategic points and Truck Stops to prevent property damage and mirrors to increase visibility for those in large trucks and hoists.

This has resulted in great contractor and staff feedback – safer site overall and reduction in near hits/site traffic incidents.
