Designated Driver Safe Zones provide a safe place for visiting drivers to stand clear when vehicles are moving or being loaded and unloaded.
The Extra Heavy Duty model is most suitable for areas where trucks and forklifts are in close vicinity to the waiting area.
The complete barrier up to 950mm high provides best protection from fork tines when forklifts are placing product beside the driver safe zone.

Certified Safety:

How quickly can the Driver Safe Zone be installed?
The modular flatpack design allows for fast and straightforward installation.
Are the Safe Zones durable for outdoor environments?
Yes, they are rated for both indoor and outdoor usage and are made from powder-coated galvanised steel to withstand the elements.
Can the Safe Zones be customised for different risk levels?
Yes, there are four models available to suit various risk scenarios involving vehicle traffic:
- Standard Duty: use when the zone is away from trucks/forklifts.
- Heavy Duty: for zones near trucks/forklifts; barrier rated to stop 7 T at 6.3 km/h and compliant with PAS 13 testing.
- Extra Heavy Duty: higher-risk zones; rated to stop 7 T at 7.4 km/h, also with PAS 13 testing.
- Caged: adds side walls + roof for maximum protection where loads may topple.
