Our steel inground bollards are purpose-built for traffic control and maximum property and asset protection, ideal for retail store-front protection from rogue vehicle impacts.
Made from tough, galvanised steel these bollards are concreted into the ground to give maximum protection to your vulnerable property, plant and equipment.
Available with a flat cap in three different diameters: 115mm, 165mm, and 220mm.

Inground mounting makes the bollards very strong, however it also means they’re more difficult to install and remove/replace if required, compared to surface mounting.

FAQs.
What top/cap do these bollards come with?
All GuardSafe Steel Bollards come standard with a flat galvanised steel cap. Please note: previous designs included a domed galvanised steel cap and a black plastic cap, both of which we no longer stock. Please contact us if you have any further questions about bollard caps.
Where are these best used?
Perfect for higher risk applications for store front protection or where larger vehicles may be present.
How are these installed?
Ideal for installation when construction/concrete work is taking place, as they need to be cemented into the concrete.
Are these suitable for inside and outside use?
Yes, they are galvanised steel so fine for use both inside and outside. Also available in powder-coated yellow for increased visibility.
How far apart should I install the bollards?
We recommend installing your bollards between 1200mm - 1500mm apart to ensure no small vehicles can fit between them. 1200mm is the minimum distance apart they can be installed to ensure access is not restricted.
Can you fill these bollards with concrete?
Yes. All bollards are supplied with their caps already installed so these will need to be removed with a suitable tool before infilling with concrete. Please note that for powder-coated bollards, this may result in damaging the yellow powder-coat. To touch up the powder-coat, we can supply some suitable paint on request.
