ULTRAFLEX Separator System.

A highly effective physical separation and delineation device for use in both temporary and permanent situations on urban roads and highways.

The ULTRAFLEX Separator System uses the original, proven rubber modules from the the already-popular Flexible Traffic Separator system.

However, to improve durability and reduce maintenance, we have designed a new mounting socket to accommodate the new one-piece ULTRAFLEX post.

The post is made from flexible polyurethane material, and tested for 100 hits at 100kmh.

The upgraded mounting socket and flexible post provides a significant upgrade in durability for the system, reducing maintenance and post replacements, and providing an effective long lasting delineation system.

Great for a wide range of uses including:

  • Temporary traffic management
  • Lane delineation
  • Intersection safety improvements
  • Temporary pedestrian islands
  • Carpark traffic management
  • Walkway delineation

Please note that if you have the original Flexible Traffic Separator system and want to upgrade to the new, more durable ULTRAFLEX Separator System, your rubber modules may not be compatible with the new mounting socket.
