The Toe Board is used with the Hand Rail System and prevents a person’s feet slipping through and over the edge.
In addition, the Toe Board can catch tools or other items that might accidentally fall or be kicked off the edge during normal work activity.

The AS/NZS 1640 : 2018 standard requires the use of toe boards where an object could fall from a platform onto an area that is accessible to people. Toe Boards provide compliance to this standard.

Can the Tru-Gard Toe Board be used outdoors as well?

For external use, we recommend the Safety Yellow over Galvanised finish which is best suited for outdoor weather conditions.
