No, they must be installed onto concrete to ensure their stability

Yes, it is galvanised steel so fine for use in and outside. Additionally it is powdercoated yellow for increased visibility
What size fixings should I use and what are the hole sizes?
We recommend using M12 x 100mm anka screw and washer (hyperlink to BS12 code on website), the holes are 14mm diameter
