d-flexx Mono Plus Barrier is a certified, shock absorbent and highly impact resistant safety barrier.

A single vehicle beam, plus three top pedestrian rails make this ideal for high-traffic areas where people and low mass vehicles share the zone.

  • Absorbs energy on impact then returns to its original shape
  • Made from a flexible, impact-resistant PE polymer
  • 100% recyclable, UV-resistant and suitable for indoor and outdoor use
  • Mono Plus Barrier stops 5T at 7.2km/h
  • PAS13 compliant, and tested and certified by German TÜV NORD (DIN EN 1512) to exceed AS/NZ 1170.1:2002 Section 3.8 (Type G).
  • Can be used in temperature ranges from -40° up to + 50°.

Can the d-flexx Mono Plus Barrier be bolted onto asphalt?

No, the d-flexx Mono Plus Barrier must be bolted onto concrete. If the existing surface is asphalt, you will need to excavate and pour concrete footings to install the barrier onto. Concrete footers need to be a minimum of 25MPA and 400mm wide x 300mm deep. If you would prefer to install individual footers for each post, these need to be a minimum of 400(L) x 400(W) x 300(D)mm per post.
